Hi I need to know the fundamendals for the Routing Protocols. Can any one help us where is the details are available (like Book)

[edit]For a book, any CCNA study guide will help you. I use the CCNA Study guide by Todd Lammle (ISBN 0-7821-4392-X) and it's pretty self explanatory.

[edit]EDIT: somewhere in the IOS Version 12, IGRP is no longer supported by Cisco because of little usage from it. The Cisco 2801 router that I had used did not support it.

CCNA coures
[edit]I just had a CCNA course; IGRP is not taught anymore; it is barely mentioned - Nielchiano 08:04, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
IGRP has been removed from the course, only the introduction would be given. now EIGRP is there in the course. the enhanced version is in use instead of IGRP. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.91.79.158 (talk) 17:38, 25 June 2013 (UTC)
