A fact from Holyoke Building appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 25 November2010. The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that the Holyoke Building at the corner of First Avenue and Spring Streets in Downtown Seattle was the first permanent building to be completed after the Great Seattle fire of June 6, 1889?
Thanks Joe. That's quite a roster of names, I'll have to delve through and see if any of them have Wikipedia articles or are otherwise notable. I was also unaware that the top floor was added to the plans specifically for the music conservatory, making this building important to Seattle's music scene from the very start.
