I have been waging an anonymous battle over the editing of Mr. Tuckerman's Harvard Club. I am his son, and grew up surrounded by my father's collection of porcine bibelots, inspired by his membership in the Porcellian club. I have not checked the historical records of either the Hasty Pudding or the Porcellian club, nor do I intend to. Should an editor have scholarly evidence of his claim that my father was in fact a member of Hasty Pudding, I would love to be made aware of it. Membership in that club would seem radically out of character for the man I knew and represent a bizarre secret kept from his family even unto his grave.
