This looks like a bad title. Presumably the main point is to distinguish him from Harald Godredson, the 2nd King Harald of the Isle of Man. However this title is an awkward hybrid, since as far as I can see there was no Harald II Olafsson. I suggest either Harald Olafsson or Harald II of the Isle of Man.
