Poor quality

[edit]

I recommend placing a header for not meeting poor quality standards; all the citations are wrong, the body isn't really differentiated, the subtext on the picture is almost funny in its unprofessionalism, and the whole thing is generally poorly written. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.63.107.83 (talk) 22:58, 21 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

I agree. It does not appear to be a translation of the Italian article, which sometimes leads to poor writing, so it's hard to tell. In any event, it contains factual errors such as "He was then imprisoned for some time because his radical approach to archaeology and strong nationalist feelings landed him in trouble with the foreign king of Naples." The king of Naples at the time was Francis I, as Neapolitan as they come. His wife was German--maybe that's the confusion. Fiorelli went to prison because of his involvement in the political unrest of 1848. It's not clear what "nationalist feelings" would be in that context.
