'Hearn'

[edit]

I remember reading somewhere that the 'Hearn' from the pseudonym she wrote Tales of the Otori under came from Lafcadio Hearn, which makes a lot more sense than being derived from herons. Could anyone shed some more light on this topic? Sivenus 10:29, 17 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

I've been told by Rubinstein (Hearn) that she picked the name for both reasons. LordAmeth 08:48, 25 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

The link seems to be either down or pirated or whatever, but navigating to www.gillianrubinstein.com definitely looks off.  Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.51.183.112 (talk) 15:59, 21 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

Major issues with this page?

[edit]

This article has very few citations, reads like it was written by its subject, and its top reference is Own Research. How do I flag this page for one of those banners that says the article has big problems? JimboCoolfruits (talk) 12:39, 28 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
