Lead and plot

Hello all

I have made a few changes to the lead to clarify that the trilogy is a fictionalised account of real events in Céline's life. It is an autofiction.I have changed the section heading from "Plot" to "Background and plot" to clarify that there is a difference between Céline's biography and the fictionalised account narrated by the fictional character Ferdinand. Also, Céline was not a supporter of the Vichy government, he heavily criticised it and some of his books were banned there for allegedly defaming the French military.
