Genevieve Hannelius → G. HanneliusG. Hannelius — The actress is primarily credited under "G. Hannelius", not her full first name. And according to IMDB (which pretty reliable in terms of credited names of actors in particular works), she was NEVER credited under "Genevieve Hannelius" . For example, actress Maggie Q's full name is Margaret Quigley, but of course on Wikipedia she listed under the former name, because that is her most credited name. Yes, the image of G. Hannelius is outdated. It was taken 4 years ago, and she's at an age where her physical appearance changes dramatically. I'm not signed in to Wikipedia, but I highly recommend finding a more recent photo of G. to properly display what she looks like.

So Hannelius herself said that she turned 11 on December 22, 2009 which means she was born December 22, 1998. Which image to use within the infobox?

Per a recent TikTok 2 hours ago, Hannelius herself has requested that this photo not be used within the article, as she does not like it, in a similar vein to what happened with the Zara Larsson Wikipedia photo. Since the TikTok, it has been changed to a new one, but it has been obtained from Instagram and is not a Wikimedia Commons work, making it a copyright violation. What do we think the suitable photo to use should be? Furthermore, Hannelius said that she had try to amend the photo herself, but it kept being reverted. Well, I suppose Hannelius would be in a position to take a picture of herself that she likes better and release it into the public domain. But unfortunately, even if she dislikes the photo used in the article, there's not a lot we as editors can do unless there's a better photo of her with a suitable copyright. Wikipedia tends to prefer pictures that are more recent, and the one currently (22:42 UTC) up is quite dated at this point. 〜 Askarion ✉ 22:43, 19 August 2026 (UTC)

• I have reverted to the status quo anti-edit-bellum and fully protected the page for two days so this can be discussed without a flurry of reverts in the process. Everyone (including the subject) should be reminded that WP:IDONTLIKEIT is not a valid reason for removing content from Wikipedia.
