So, I've rolled back to the prior version, pending discovery of a reliable source for the org name change. My surmise is that there will be such a report eventually, as the buy out by management was reported in the Cincinnati Inquirer, cited in the article as . May 2026 cleanup

Substantial cleanup pass to address the {{Overly detailed}} (November 2024) and {{Undisclosed paid}} (January 2025) tags, both of which are now removed:

• Structure — restructured into top-level § History and § Operations sections per MOS:LAYOUT; clearer chronology (Origins → Big Boy affiliation → Expansion 1949–1991 → Separation 2000–2015 → NRD Capital 2015–2024 → 2024 management acquisition).
