| The content of Freezout Lake Wildlife Management Area was merged into Freezeout Lake on 8 May 2026. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. For the discussion at that location, see its talk page. |

Freezout Lake Wildlife Management Area and Freezout Lake are both about the wildlife management area; they should be merged (unless this is to be made into an article about the lake). Peter James (talk) 18:40, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- Agree There is not enough in the Wildlife Management Area to differentiate it from the largest lake. Easily combined into an article about the Management Area with a redirect from the Lake article. Tbennert (talk) 03:07, 3 April 2026 (UTC)
- Comment: Just a note that, according to most of the refs in this article, "Freezout Lake Wildlife Management Area" is the name of the WMA, whereas, according to ref 1 in this article, the GNIS entry, and the Google and OpenStreet maps, the lake itself is "Freezeout Lake". So either this article should be moved over the redirect Freezeout Lake, or that redirect should retargeted to the WMA article if the articles are merged. Deor (talk) 15:55, 7 April 2026 (UTC)
