Article issues and assessment

[edit]
The article has been sporting a B-class rating but does not qualify as having "citation needed" tags.
  • Citations: The criteria #1 states; The article is suitably referenced, with inline citations. It has reliable sources, and any important or controversial material which is likely to be challenged is cited. -- Otr500 (talk) 03:44, 11 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the heads up. Sadly this article is a bit of a magnet for wikifiddlers so it has degenerated over the years. I'll take a look and see what I can do. 10mmsocket (talk) 07:57, 11 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
Fixed those - simply removed them as I tried but failed to find verifiable references. 10mmsocket (talk) 08:19, 11 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
  • I think that the bigger issue here is the use of image galleries. There are way too many images and moving them from centre-aligned galleries to the sides would create huge image stacking issues. TBH I think we should have just one example of each type of fire engine - and not necessarily US/Europe centric. Thoughts? 10mmsocket (talk) 08:21, 11 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
