name change?
[edit]since this page is mostly about export of cryptography in the United States, maybe this should be moved to a page titled "Export of cryptography in the United States" with some editing, and/or this page be edited to reflect a more worldwide view (that ambox has been there since this edit in Oct 2007, and not much has been done (or so it seems) --Anon126 (talk - contribs) 07:55, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

Is the new text forthcoming?
[edit]With all defects, this was a useful article. Is there a volunteer to write the new text? If not, it makes sense to copy at least part of the text back from Export of cryptography in the United States. Dimawik (talk) 00:13, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
