1907 photograph of Bissell

There is a photograph of Bissell that was taken 1907-12-07. I cannot determined that it was published around that time. According to commons:Commons:Copyright rule by territory/United States#General rules, Works created before 1978 and first published after or in 1978 are protected for the earlier of 95 years from publication or registration for copyright or 120 years from creation (for anonymous or corporate works). The following thus should be free to upload to Commons on 2027-12-07:
