Grace Episcopal Church's original church building was built at the corner of Taylor and Argonne streets in Kirkwood, MO in the early 1860's. The congregation outgrew its space and built a larger building, 4 blocks east of its original location at the corner of Woodlawn and Argonne (514 E. Argonne) in the early 1960's with larger worship space, a parish hall, a kitchen, and a dozen classrooms. The original church building is now the home of Eliot Chapel (a Trinitarian congregation). Grace Episcopal Church expanded its new building with a two-story addition, dedicated in 2000, to add office space, two conference rooms, a kitchen, elevator, bathrooms and closets.
