This wikipedia article is substantively sourced from a book by Sergio de Castro, who was the Chilean Minister of Finance from 1977–1982. This is completely inappropriate, I will begin adding more sources, but I acknowledge that I myself have I bias on this subject and that I am only really familiar with critical sources, I would appreciate any help from people with an objective or unbiased perspective.
