E-Mu Systems was located on Green Hills Road in Scotts Valley, CA. Green Hills Road hosted many other "Silicon Beach" high tech companies including Borland, FREDNET, NaviSite, OC96 Networks, and RainMaker. --Fjb3 (talk) 01:11, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

I think the development center in Scotts Valley was shut down? At least no products nor press releases came out since 2010. Under "contact us" it no longer lists any address or phone. in Might be hard to find a source for this, however. W Nowicki (talk) 17:36, 17 August 2013 (UTC)

Furthermore, a support ticket form was not processed successfully just now. It produced an error message stating to contact the Webmaster, with no information on how to do that. In the E-mu forum, user posts and replies from any form of customer service are extremely old and new ones are rare. Updated drivers for "current" products are apparently unavailable, at least none more than beta versions. These are all further signs of a defunct company whose parent apparently will not admit to folding. This wastes countless hours of loyal users' time in hopeless searches and flogging dead-horse products. Even this article has not been updated in ages. It should be. Someone, somewhere, should put E-Mu and its users out of this misery. For that matter, the parent company is also elusive and non-responsive, at least in the US (see below). Hello. If I remember correctly, E-mu Systems, inc. and Ensoniq fused in 1998. I can’t remember that E-mu was owned by Creative at that time, but maybe Ensoniq was? I know for sure they fused way after 93, I think it was 98. KSVW77 (talk) 13:10, 21 May 2025 (UTC)
