Notdone for now: Unfortunately Wikipedia is limited in its use of images to those that are in the public domain or are released for use under proper licensing. Generally that's going to be what can be found at the Commons. I just did a search there and didn't really see anything that is much of an improvement, so unless an editor can grab a good photo at a public appearance or Ms. Jackson allows the use of something more professional, we're stuck with what we have (which, to be fair, is not a bad photo all things considered).
