Yes, this was deleted before. No I don't think it should be deleted again. The tag on the delete log from before was A3, suggesting that it was deleted simply for lack of content. I think the current article at least qualifies as a stub, and this can certainly be expanded if the correct references can be found. I'm pretty sure parallels have been drawn between this "Digital Nervous System" and things like SOA and Autonomic Computing. If so, adding information on that would be valuable here (again, assuming references can be found).
