What is the relation between digital morphogenesis and self-assembling architectures?

The link leads to a firm in India which, while including a small bit of research about evolutionary systems, is certainly not the AA's studio on Morphogenesis. I couldn't find any such studio at the AA, though perhaps the original editor meant something out of the Digital Research Lab?
