Definitely. I intend to merge them myself when I have time, as I have already done with my Early English (architecture) article (see Early English Period) and am planning to do with my Perpendicular (architecture) as well. See my discussion with User:Kjkolb at User_talk:Kjkolb/Archive1#Architectural periods - accidental duplication. The terms "Decorated" and "Perpendicular" will need disambiguating as well.
