While reviewing this article (as part of new page patrol process), I went looking for supporting detail. All I could really find was one mention on a UGC(?) website. Are there other thoughts on whether this would meet WP:GNG? Personally I'm not so sure. In the absence of WP:SIGCOV or independent sources, there are likely OR tones/risks here that I'm personally not 100% comfortable with. Thoughts? (Personally I think an appropriately licenced picture and/or picture of the claimed "information board" would go a long way...) Guliolopez (talk) 12:32, 29 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
Not having received any feedback in the last 2 years or so, I am simply removing the NN flag and closing this thread. Still not seeing that notability is demonstrated - but not to the extent that promoting to AfD. Any remaining issues can be addressed in the normal course. Since my note above, this article hasn't been expanded (with no additional sources seemingly available) beyond the few sentences that the single/short (UGC?) reference can support. As above, I do not see how this small 3ft carved stone has notability. Compared to other individual small carved stones in graveyards or churchyards anywhere. Whether in Ireland or otherwise. Unless there are other thoughts, I'm going to merge/redirect this title to the townland in which this object sits. And cover it WP:WITHIN that article. Bump. It's been nearly a month since my proposal above. If there are no other thoughts/suggestions/input, I'll go ahead with the merge and redirect shortly.... Guliolopez (talk) 20:02, 22 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
