a.k.a NTU?

[edit]

Could it be another name for Network Terminal Units (NTU) or Data Terminal Units (DTU)?  Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.30.131.10 (talk) 17:00, 15 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Content specific to DSUs moved from CSU/DSU entry

[edit]

As a fairly comprehensive CSU entry already existed, I moved the DSU information here from the CSU/DSU entry and left a link in its place.

This article has nothing to do with DTE, and appears to be about v.35

[edit]

DTE applies to any "user end" equipment, originally assumed to be a terminal. It originates in an era when almost all data communications was between dumb terminals and smart mainframes. This article fails to mention this definition, and appears to be copy and pasted from a document on v.35 Maury Markowitz (talk) 12:40, 10 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
