Does this really have to be a separate article or isn't a section under Spinner enough?
[edit]This control is very rare. In my opinion, this is just a special case of a spinner (up/down) control. In the .NET framework, for example, there is the DomainUpDown control. There, values of any type (anything that can be represented as a string) can be moved forward or backward. At the end of the list, it starts all over again (if you want to). A cycle button is nothing more than a spinner that only works in one direction. Siegbert v2 (talk) 22:32, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
