"Completely Random"

Is this term, "completely random" appropriate for a tough minded scientific article in an encyclopedia. I believe that at the level of Atoms and molecules Physicists believe everything is measurable and predictable. Sub Atomic, I think there is some doubt.Ruskin (talk) 08:36, 12 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
