same editor removed thumb for NO reason

An edit summary provided the reason; you just seem to have missed it. Why are you left-aligning an image when every other image is on the right? Also, you returned the untidy image caption. Seasider53 (talk) 13:20, 9 February 2024 (UTC)

Removal of Cowal from Wikipedia continues

The same editor continues to remove any mention of Cowal at what seems every opportunity? They have been doing this for years now! Beinn an Lochain or Beinn Ìme?

Beinn Ìme is the tallest. But is it in Cowal? Looking at a map, it is outwith the area of the Cowal Peninsula, between the head of Loch Long and the head of Loch Fyne. I'm not sure. Clearly Beinn Ìme is taller than Beinn an Lochain, but is it in Cowal?. We don't have a hard and fast definition of where the northern edge of Cowal lies, but elsewhere the article says At its longest, from the Rest and be Thankful pass to Ardlamont Point, which suggests that the Rest and be Thankful pass is the northern limit. And Beinn Ìme is north of the Rest and be Thankful, so my inclination is to delete the reference to Beinn Ìme and let Beinn an Lochain's claim stand.
