Spam link
[edit]I removed the link to mycorporation.intuit.com, which has no free information as far as I can see and is in fact a vendor of services related to the topic. If this site was always like this it was a blatant sales pitch, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume that the free stuff has been removed. If somebody has time it would be good to look for other links to this vendor on similar topics. Spinality (talk) 23:54, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
- I subsequently found free documents on their site, at http://www.mycorporation.com/corporation-llc-documents/corporate-resolutions.jsp?view=samples; however there don't seem to be any links to these via the site's normal navigation. On the presumption that the documents might completely disappear, I have not restored the precise link to the article.Spinality (talk) 23:57, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
