Rewrite tag

- Some news articles about old and new constitution: Syria today on old one; Korea Times has some details; Russia Today says] "The adopted constitution includes 14 new and 47 amended articles." but few details. Also, note that this Telegraph article says it would keep Assad in power til 2028. But I've also heard he could be out within a couple years; don't remember where. Probably RussiaToday TV. Merge 2025 Interim Constitution of Syria into Constitution of Syria

- If we merge the interim constitution, it will become unnecessary, and the Constitution of Syria page will become larger, which would need to be split because Syria has had many constitutional changes due to changes in its government.
