Section 1.1.3, Conical surfaces, pp. 59–60 contains wording copied from our article (from versions existing well before the publication date of this source). Therefore, unfortunately, it cannot be used as a reference.

Not clear what a "right circular cone" is. Does that mean the apex is at the origin, or that the apex is in the plane of any two of the coordinate system axis? Or, maybe it means the surface of the cone makes a 45° angle with the plane of any two of those axis.
