Toxicity and antidotes
[edit]It isn't accurate to say there is no antidote to Colchicum poisoning; various PubMed articles such as [1] refer to anticolchicine monoclonal antibody as a specific therapy and to granulocyte colony-stimulating factor as a supportive treatment for the pancytopenia that results from colchicine poisoning. Unless I hear arguments to the contrary, I intend to update the article with (some of) these references to the medical literature.
Common name
[edit]Isn't "naked lady" the common name for flowers of genus Amaryllis? I've never heard this flower called a "naked lady" before. Maybe somebody got confused because they look similar; or perhaps any flower that has foliage dying back and fall blooms can be called a "naked lady".
