The name of the Polish edition is lit. Deathmaze, and from the reviews etc. it seems it's a mix of the two titles, not a direct copy of CoB. (It has magic, which DM did not, but it takes place in a labirynth, not a citadel, so the setting is more like DM?). Without being able to compare all three games, it's hard to say what exactly was the relation, reviews are old and not very clear.
