Request to update article using sandbox draft

[edit]

Hello,

I have prepared a comprehensive, fully sourced draft update for this article in my user sandbox:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Sudhanshu_Kadu/sandbox

The draft consolidates existing information, adds cited updates on products, financial services, initiatives, and funding, and formats the content per Wikipedia guidelines.

As I have a potential conflict of interest, I am requesting that an uninvolved editor review and incorporate the relevant changes if they are found appropriate.

Thank you for your time. Sudhanshu Kadu (talk) 11:35, 10 February 2026 (UTC)Reply

CARS24 ? – Reliable independent sources such as Reuters and The Economic Times use "Cars24" (capital C, lowercase ars) in coverage. The current title "CARS24" does not reflect common usage in secondary sources. I have a potential conflict of interest and request uninvolved editors to evaluate this move. Request to expand History section with sourced updates

[edit]

Hello,

I have prepared a sourced expansion for the History section that adds additional developments about the company's evolution, including the expansion of services and later initiatives. The proposed update consolidates information from reliable sources and presents it chronologically.

Proposed updated History section:

Cars24 was founded in 2015 by Vikram Chopra, Mehul Agrawal, Gajendra Jangid, and Ruchit Agarwal.[1] The company was an online platform enabling car owners to sell used vehicles through a digital process involving inspections and price discovery.[2]

Over the following years, Cars24 expanded its scope to include buyer side services, vehicle financing, inspections, and documentation support.[3] In 2019, the company entered auto-focused lending through a non-banking financial company (NBFC).[4]

In 2021, the company expanded its operations internationally to the United Arab Emirates, Thailand and Australia.[5].

If editors find it appropriate, these additions could be incorporated into the existing History section. Thank you.

Sudhanshu Kadu,
1, 2, 5 Yes I chronologically outlined the company's 2015 founding, core services, and 2021 international expansion into the UAE, Thailand, and Australia.
3, 4  No Issues with Remaining Requests: The source for the third request returns a 404 error, and the source provided for the fourth update does not support the proposed text.
