Hi everyone, my grad school background from years past is in BFR training so I am very familiar with the research and data-sets. Where I could use help is WHAT are the ideal sections that are frequently used in WIKI-discussed training protocols you'd like to see here? I can model this page after a more complex one such as Strength training if it is ideal. The current sections are:

Physiology
Adaptations
Benefits
Risks
