It appears this article and one about a person known as Billy Hood (born 1996) have been confused and swapped about. Content relating to Billy Hood, (born 1996) a footballer and coach imprisoned in the UAE, in 2021, for 25 years for cannabis possession. That content subsequently appears to have been redirected back to this article on account of that person's lack of notability. The content of that article is preserved in the page history of Billy Hood (footballer). However, no discussion about the article's removal and redirection was held, as far as I can ascertain.
