If one compares this page with the german counterpart^[1], there is disagreement on the beginning of his professional career. Here is stated 1972, in the german one 1976. No idea on where to find info or sources, sorry. L.A.Bachevskij (talk) 19:31, 10 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

If this is still of interest: He started an apprenticeship as teaching Pro in 1972, his first appearance as a Tour Player dates back to 1976. Depending on your definition, both years make sense. Updated the text about bernhards life to conclude with the super-weird story about Donald Trump. It is really difficult to write stuff like this, since one has no idea where to begin. Its so insane.
