This image has a copyright, and the author clearly states on his Flickr page that his images, including the ones being used by Flickr, are NOT free, and that permission is required before using them. I have replaced a number of images like this, but don't have most of the species. Tomfriedel (talk) 04:21, 22 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

The copyright sign that is written on the image is nothing to do with the type copyright licence given to the image. This image appears on the wiki appropriately. The fickr license is appropriate. Further the author kindly changed the flickr licence after a request to use his photographs here. Snowman (talk) 09:49, 22 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
