I’m not an expert in copyvio but that% is pretty high so if you can get it down that will be good. Earwig shows >40% matches for several other items too, so a thorough rewrite is advisable I think. Me neither (expert), but at least there's this thread someone can read. I was thinking about it. These are quotes in quotation marks in all three sources; I'm guessing everyone is quoting from a primary source.
