The Financial Centre was completed by May 2007. The Engineering and Construction contract for the Financial Centre was awarded to Al Hamad Contracting Company in March 2004. The Financial Centre, with an estimated value of over US$250 million. The Contract for the Financial Centre includes the engineering and construction of the harbour Towers, which are each approximately 76,000 m² of built area over 53-levels; the harbour gate, a seven-level building with a total built area of approximately 78,300 m². The Phase II reclamation was awarded to Ahmed Mansour Al A’ali Co. in June 2004, with an estimated value of US $25.7 million which will be carried out in two parts and scheduled for completion by March 2006. The most serious problem with your draft is that it is too promotional and does not adhere to Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising, marketing or public relations, but the purpose of your proposed text is clearly to win over prospective customers and investors. As such, it cannot be added to the article unless it is substantially rewritten. The most obvious red flags are phrases that are frequently used in press releases, but are not appropriate for an encyclopedia. These promotional terms include phrases such as "designed in harmony", "most prestigious business address", and "designed to impress." And what about the prediction "Given our central location, easy access and plentiful parking, Harbour Gate is likely to grow from strength-to-strength?" Wikipedia's readers expect this website's articles to refrain from unverifiable predictions. I would be doing this website's audience a disservice were I turn this article into a corporate brochure. There are certain details in your draft which are subjective: for example, calling the development a "suitable location" is a matter of opinion, not a fact.
