The specific applications of an enzyme should be discussed in the appropriate article Erection, if essential for the mechanism-of-action. Inconsistent Terminology
[edit]In different places the article refers to the manganese ligands as water and hydroxyl. These are two different ligands being M-OH2 vs M-OH.
