Hello,

I have written this page on ArcticNet using information gathered from various sources, including my knowledge of ArcticNet and the ArcticNet web site. For obvious reasons, part of my text - such as the description of the objectives of ArcticNet and its organizational structure - use words that are very close to what can be found on the ArcticNet website. I have inserted links to newspaper articles and other third-party sources that describe same facts.
