At the time that I created this draft I did not know how to create a page without submitting it for review. As the lack of citations, which previously got it rejected, has been fixed yet the page seems to be taking a while to be re-reviewed I am wondering whether or not I should just copy the contents and publish the article. Hi. Ideally, once you've started down the WP:AFC road, you would see it through. Per WP:AFCREVIEW. If you wish to expedite the process, you can contact the editor (Qcne)who raised the original concern (which, I note - you removed for some reason). While someone could, technically, move the article from Draft to the main Article namespace, please DO NOT "copy the contents" anywhere. Doing so is counter to several project norms and guidelines - not least those relating to maintaining edit history, "credit" and the requirement for attribution.
