I was going to add some of the details of his supposed mental illness and his apparent delusions of being in a relationship with Queen Victoria to this article but then I realised, no, that would be silly. Queen Victoria would never have been in an intimate relationship with a Scottish servant dressed in a kilt. Nor would the “noble” English establishment ever have condemned a member of their esteemed Scottish highland brethren to a mental institution, just to silence and discredit him. 93.107.217.12 (talk) 12:06, 15 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
