It would seem to me that the not infrequent use of geographical prefix identifiers for individuals, such as Italian-American, etc., would justify using the prefix Afro- to identify her national origin. This page states that Amanda Aldridge is "African-American" but is says she was born and died in London. She is not American in that case she is English or British.

"On Parade" should be added to expand Aldridge's wide array of genres she composed for. It is a march composed in 1914 and published by Boosey & Co. recent arrangements of this work for modern concert bands has brought Aldridge into the light more, especially in the concert band community. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Papster101 (talk • contribs) 02:38, 18 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
