Never crossed my mind but yes. you're right, the Orotariko Euskal Hiztegia defines it as Pulgada (medida de longitud) and a pulgada is Spanish for inch - though the Spanish inch seems to be slightly shorter than the Anglo-Saxon inch. Akerbeltz (talk) 08:50, 24 March 2015 (UTC)Reply
