I assume this is some comment on sarakin. Consumer finance traditionally has a 'loan shark' image in Japan, with a reputation for aggressive rates and collection tactics. Aiful is one of the companies to pitch for the mainstream market, with notably cutesy chihuahua TV ads, and form affiliations with big banks. Tearlach 12:23, 7 August 2005 (UTC)Reply
