With the prevalence of monocultures, at least in the "developed world", I'd think there would be more information pertaining to their relation to (and, often subsequent hindering of) agricultural diversification on this page. mccullaj (talk) 16:35, 23 September 2011 (UTC)

What is a pice?

As April 5, 2016, the leading text runs as follows: "a farm's productive resources, such as land, capital, farm equipment and pices". What is meant with "pices"? A pice is a monetary unit in several countries, but this makes little sense, because "capital" has already been mentioned. Perhaps is it a misspelling of "prices"? That makes no sense, either, because a price is not a resource. I think that the definition should be reworded, for example "a farm's productive resources, such as land, capital, farm equipment, seeds and fertilizers".--Alvarosinde (talk) 11:43, 5 April 2018 (UTC)

@Alessa Innocenti. As the person who started this article, under a different user name, I very much welcome your involvement. This was one of the first articles I wrote (now over 1000) and looking at it again I am amazed that other editors allowed me to get away with so few citations.
