I don't understand why this banner was added and couldn't find any talk page discussions explaining.

It seems perfectly inline with wikipedia standards to have a controversy section with notable controversies covered by reliable sources. YannLK (talk) 12:30, 17 June 2026 (UTC)

Thank you! I am a member of the adidas global corporate communications team. Is it possible I can be an editor of this page? There is more incorrect information, such as the members of the board. I am one of the people who maintain the adidas corporate website as well as being in charge of the company's LinkedIn page. I would love to clean up some more of the factual errors on this page. No. If editing the article is part of your job, you are subject to the restrictions at WP:PAID and WP:COI, inlcuidng the required COI disclosure and use of edit requests, rather than editing directly. meamemg (talk) 19:22, 14 July 2026 (UTC)
