Missing the point

The author(s) miss the point: the phrase "actually existing socialism" is twenty years older and much more common (by a factor of 10 in google n-grams). It has a specific origin and meaning in Soviet-Marxist thinking around 1960 (and in Russian or East European languages, probably earlier -- see Actually Existing Socialism). What it means exactly is a matter for research, but it's clear that the phrase "actually existing capitalism" is a riff on that earlier phrase.
Whether "actually existing capitalism" was a part of Marxist theory, or was used ironically by classical libertarians, is an interesting question, but it's not answered convincingly here. The whole thing looks like original research.
I'd suggest reading the references for this page carefully to see if they really describe the usage of the phrase "actually existing capitalism" -- in particular who uses it -- or rather are an attempt by the author(s) to flesh the POV concept that they think it is meant to represent.

- I just found the Wikipedia article Actually Existing Socialism. It is much better written.
