I temporarilly removed the article from Category:American lawyers because it doesn't mention him actually actively practicing as an attorney. It says he graduated law school, but doesn't say whether or not or where he actively practiced. If the article is expanded to include information about him practicing in Pennsylvania, then go ahead and place it under Category:Pennsylvania lawyers (or under whichever state he practiced, if he moved out of Pennsylvania).
