Could you please provide a reliable source for this information? I've noticed that he is not present in the official "family photo" of the summit, and usually, Hungary is represented by the Prime Minister at such events. It would be great to verify this to ensure the accuracy of the article.

Copyvio cleanup needed; press release style needs fixing
[edit]This article needs some checking to remove the copyright violations. See Wikipedia:Copyright violations#Parts of article violate copyright for how to handle these. Most of the current content is by a user who has been blocked (indefinitely) for copyright violations.
