No suspects have been found and nothing to give rise to any motives- until such time surely this shouldn’t be allowed to state “as part of protests” “motivated by antisemitism” etc 110.174.100.203 (talk) 12:13, 7 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

I’ve cleaned this up and have removed the frankly slanderous remarks in this article. Geelongite (talk) 12:33, 7 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
The article still claims Iran as an perpetrator despite there being ZERO evidence and Iran being falsely blamed for Bondi, Brown (USA), etc. Wikipedia should not repeat evidence free claims designed to foment war. Please remove this or add Israel to the alleged perpetrators because Iran has made this allegation and there is just as much evidence to support it. ~2025-42635-67 (talk) 23:14, 23 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Including the community in which the terrorist attack took place

[edit]

Hi. I've added twice a small sentence in the history section that basically states 'The synagogue is within the City of Glen Eira, one of the largest Jewish communities in Australia', which keeps being reverted by Geelongite for being a 'blatantly slanderous remark'. It's clear that Geelongite has an Anti-Jewish bias based on his contributions, however are there any other objections to including this single sentence into the History section? I'm unsure what that was all about. However that description is not precise considering there are only two 'large' communities, in Sydney and Melbourne. The phrasing would have to be changed. דברי.הימים (talk) 19:26, 11 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Add Adass to name?

[edit]

Should Adass be added to the name of the article? I couldn't even find it because I was looking for something connected to Adass. MaskedSinger (talk) 19:42, 10 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

A different editor has created Adass Israel Synagogue attack as a redirect. And I have bolded the name at the top. Hopefully this helps. דברי.הימים (talk) 04:20, 11 December 2024 (UTC)Reply
ok great! thank you! MaskedSinger (talk) 09:50, 11 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Relevance of See also entry

[edit]

Is the Wikipedia article Malka Leifer affair, which involved the Adass Israel School, relevant to this article on the firebombing of the Adass Israel Synagogue? It's currently listed in the "See also" section. Andjam (talk) 08:02, 21 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
